Integration

We excel at the integration of custom and COTS hardware into complete signal collection and processing system solutions. Every attention to detail is exercised during integration to ensure complete compliance with industry and customer specific standards. We provide the hardware and software systems engineering necessary to guarantee that system solutions will integrate seamlessly with other systems and into the customer's facility infrastructure.

Real World Experience

We have nearly twenty years of experience designing, building and deploying signal collection and processing systems to a myriad of facilities around the world. Our hardware engineers are intimately familiar with each site's unique characteristics and processes which enable us to complete a swift and successful installation of a product whether it is a simple workstation or an elaborate twenty-plus rack system.

Custom Design

We can design a unique hardware solution to meet your specific requirements. Our engineers have designed, built and deployed custom hardware products to numerous locations around the world.

COTS and GOTS Products

We have experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and government off-the-shelf (GOTS)products. Our engineers employ and are well-versed in the cutting edge COTS and GOTS hardware and software for signal processing (HP, ICE, Cisco, TMS, DRS, NextMidas, etc.). Our team can design and customize functionality to integrate with existing systems or develop a solution from the ground up.

Process

Our engineers are experts in meeting and exceeding process standards

  • Site Survey - TMA engineers become fully familiar with a customer facility prior to delivery. This process establishes an early relationship with the recipient, identifies any nuances, and ensures a smooth installation.
  • Inventory - TMA excels at producing thorough documentation and presentations for shipping and Government audits.
  • Configuration - Efficient use of space, power, and cabling is based on years of experience.
  • Testing - System testing is performed on several levels to ensure product reliability and compliance with requisite standards.
  • Training - TMA is a leader in providing superior hardware maintenance training, both in classroom and in virtual material.

Philosophy

We employ the spiral development method in delivering a system which leverages on the following attributes for integration:

  • Common infrastructure - Building a system on common infrastructure allows for flexibility and growth.
  • Test partition - A separate, smaller version of a system is deployed to allow for truer testing prior to sell off, introduction of new software capabilities and new prototype testing.
  • Hardware pre-deployment - Deploying the hardware suite prior to software delivery has proven an effective tactic in achieving successful system integration. Software is then remotely installed.
